Russia's Nanotechnology Breakthrough

President George W. Bush called Putin yesterday to congratulate him, and suggested that if Russian scientists could develop a nano-brain, he would be interested in acquiring one for himself. Bush's brain utilizes outmoded lead components, which are said to be a serious burden for the American president.
