I just got it this morning. You do the best you can. In this case maybe the time difference worked in our favour.

There was a girl at school (UVic) from the Western Wilderness Committe telling people about the Working (Corporate) Forest plan Gordon Campbell has in the hopper. She said that even people in Germany & the Netherlands have rallies to oppose the Working Forest!!! & they\'re planning on boycotting BC products over there to fight the Working Forest believe it or not. The Europeans love BC because we\'ve got so much stuff (like wilderness) that they dont\' have over there. btw the signs in Wells Gray Provincial Park are bilingual, but not in English & French, but English & GERMAN! That\'s because so many Germans admire & visit BC. If only people understood what we could be giving up with this plan...

Isn`t it disgusting that people from other countries can appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of Canada, but our loser leaders can`t see past this- $$$$$$$$$$$

Yes! and it isn\'t even their\'s to sell, and we won\'t ever see a dime. Nice if we could get it through their thick political two heads that this country is not for sale and that they don\'t own it or us!

Fair enough. I know how last-minute activism has to be sometimes. Glad I could help post it anyway, and please do pass along any future events.
