Board Meeting, December 12, 2004

Vive le Canada Board Meeting December 12, 2004 15:00 Via IRC 1) Call to Order. Present: Jvanherk, Sthompson, Milton, Catherine Costen, Dr. Caleb Absent: Bob Price. 2) Old business: A) Milton was welcomed back from his short leave of absence. The old Minutes were accepted into the record. B) Papers had been signed, and forewarded to Susan to complete the incorporation of Vive. 3) New Business A) Volunteers are being actively sought, and Catherine was nominated and accepted the position of Volunteer Co-ordinator. B) The winning entry for the link policies poll was accepted. C) A contest for Mel Hurtig's signed copy of "Rushing to Aramgeddon" will be submitted by Susan. The contest will run December 17 to January 15, 2005. D) A discussion on the pending moderation system that Jesse is implementing ocurred. Much more will take place in the future, once a moderation system is designed. E) Story posting policy was also discusssed.
