My best friend used to suffer headaches and stomach pains. He went to countless doctors and they pretty much gave up on him. One even said it was psychological. I told him to cut out the use of aspartame as he was always using the stuff. He's a competitive body builder so he thought it was the perfect sugar substitute, alas it was the trigger. He also no longer suffers debilitating headaches nor stomach pain.
These types of accounts are all over the Internet and among our circles of friends and family. The stuff is poison imo. It was brought to market by force for a reason. Like the tobacco industry, these people know it is a trigger for ill-health, but will do whatever they have to in order to protect their profits.

If there was ever a time for Canadians to become pushy - now is the time - for time is running out on this nation called Canada.
As for Aspartame, nothing like ingesting a substance that begins chemical breakdown into formaldehyde and other toxins at 30 C - (86 F).
I refuse to touch it, or anything with it as an ingredient.
And some wonder why I think they're trying to kill us off slowly.

If George W. Bush and Tony Blair are really Christians, then pork and shrimp are Kosher.
At the same time, there's an excellent and completely harmless, natural, sugar substitute on the market, made of Stevia leaves, 300 times sweeter than sugar. It can be used safely by diabetics.
It is available in all healthfood stores and many supermarkets. Look for "Stevia", or "Sweet Leaf" brand. We're using it all the time and nobody's more careful, knowledgeable and fussier about foods than my wife.
In other words, aspertame is just another racket forced on the public by the corporate mafia and their fully owned governments.
Ed Deak.
If you want to know about sugar substitutes, just ask any Diabetic. But I wouldn't touch aspartame, ever.
