ND Scientists Present Case For Devils Lake Outlet

The governments of Canada and Minnesota consider Devils Lake water an environmental threat, and they oppose the nearly complete outlet. It is intended to relieve flooding pressure by moving some lake water south to the Sheyenne River, a tributary of the north-flowing Red River.
