Msg From Karlheinz Schreiber: What The Canadian Public Should Know!

Posted on Thursday, November 22 at 14:19 by N Say
If the Canadian Minister of Justice would ever request the extradition of a German national to Canada, then Germany would refuse the Canadian request and never surrender a German national to Canada as required by the German Constitution. Therefore, Article V of the Extradition Treaty is misleading. It should read: Germany will never extradite a German national to Canada. Canada may extradite a Canadian national at the discretion of the Minister of Justice to Germany. Pursuant to Article V paragraph 3 Germany would always, at the request of Canada, prosecute the German national in Germany in accordance with German law. My simple question is: Why does the Minister of Justice not invoke Article V paragraph 3 of the Extradition Treaty and inform the German Government that Canada will prosecute Karlheinz Schreiber under Canadian law in Canada? Such a decision would finally bring reciprocity to extradition cases between Germany and Canada. Why does the Minister of Justice of Canada deny a Canadian national the rights granted by the Extradition Treaty to German nationals? What is the motivation driving the Minister of Justice to make misleading statements regarding the Treaty Between Canada and The Federal Republic of Germany Concerning Extradition? Is there an abuse of power by the Government because of my pending law suit for substantial damages against the The Attorney General of Canada, the Solicitor General of Canada and the Commissioner of the RCMP or are there other politically motivated reasons? I do not believe that the Parliament of Canada would have ever ratified a Treaty regarding Extradition without reciprocity. It appears that the Parliament of Canada was misled when it ratified the Extradition Treaty which creates a second class treatment for Canadian nationals. Since 1997 when I commenced my legal action against the Attorney General of Canada I had to deal with the permanent abuse of power by the Department of Justice and the RCMP leading up to my extradition case and the situation I find myself in today. The Minister of Justice has several options: 1. He can reject the invalid request and demand that the German Government issue a proper request for my extradition; 2. He can inform the German Government that he will not participate in a breach of international law and demand that the German Government respect the demands of the Swiss Government; 3. He can inform the German Government that he requires clarification why the public prosecutor in Augsburg has not withdrawn his allegations following the decision rendered by the Bundesgerichtshof and the decision of the public prosecutor in Duesseldorf. In any event, I welcome any steps taken by the Government of Canada to secure a procedure that will enable the truth to become known about why the public prosecutor in Augsburg refuses to respect decisions of the German highest court and the demands of the Swiss Government. In spite of the politically motivated vendetta against me I will continue to fight for fundamental justice to prevail in Canada. I invite all Canadians to follow attentively the ongoing public debate in the Parliament of Canada and actions of the Minister of Justice. I very much believe that every country has exactly the value its nationals put into it. If you want to know the real reason that the minister will not say anything until Dec. 01 is that they are making this guy sweat and rightly so

    Schreiber's an arms dealer. The only reason they want him out of the country is so that the connections to Harper's government won't come out.<br />

    "However, when Schreiber claimed that he had handed a letter to Brian Mulroney to be given to the Prime Minister at a meeting at Harrington Lake, Harper had a serious problem; Schreiber still had reach into the PMO through, Brian Mulroney. By this time Harper knew of my allegations and didn’t even think twice about calling for a full inquiry."<br />

    No fact established by his actions.

    Innocent people want to clear their name and the truth to come out, Harper does not in any way act like an innocent person with integrity should or would act.

    Actions speak louder than words.

    Let's play -

    (1) I am clerk for the PMO in the Privy as it were (pun intentional)

    (2) I get letter from Shredder or whatever his name is or maybe even you addressed to the PM

    (3) I take one look and fire it off to legal

    (4) Legal takes a look posts it on the lunch Room Wall and then appropriately shreds all correpsondence the PM never sees or hears anything.

    (5) all the top steps were not only appropriate but mandated so.

    Where is there any conspiracy or whatever other nonsense is being posted.

    If you really are Schreiber Shredder or whatever I feel sorry for you. You have no idea of what you are in for despite your canny and cleverly timed nonsense that you have been alleging. You only one oppportunity to get out of this and that is to dump the entire history with " Proof " and not just he said he said stuff because as soon as this story gets tired and satisfies the Canadian lust for prurient nonsense I hear the German Jails still use asbestos in their cells so cover up the mouth

    You are ignoring the facts, something the Harper government specialize in.

    Harper and his gang have done everything they can to avoid this matter being fully and properly investigated...why? If there is nothing to cover up and nothing they and Harper have to fear why not call for a full truly independent and legitimate investigation and keep Schreiber here until he has had a chance to testify and until the matter has been fully and completely investigated, as there is no reason not to and every reason to do this.

    Canadians have a right to know the truth and to hear what all involved have to say and if Harper truly has nothing to hide and is not unethically protecting someone than he should fully support a complete and thorough investigation, yet he clearly does not...again why?

    The fact is Mr. Harper got elected because of the Liberals involvement in the sponsorship scandal and his proclaimed committment to accountability and transparency...but what he failed to mention is that he is a liar and a hypocrite because he didn't mean HIM being held accountable or any of his buddies, or HIM being open and honest, he just meant everyone else should be and lied to deceive Canadians into thinking they could trust him and could expect better from him, which clearly is not the case, so he could get what he wanted, which has nothing at all to do with what Canadians want or deserve or what he promised Canadians they could expect.

    The fact alone that Mulroney lied under oath about receiving money from Schreiber and the nature of his relationship with him demands that a full public inquiry and thorough legitimate investigation, on behalf of Canadians. If we did what Mulroney has done you can bet we wouldn't be walking away from it or with the over $2 million he received for lying.

    you are ignoring the obvious Schreiber is a perjurer and liar and therefore nothing he says can be given any gravitas or standing unless there is " Proof " Show Me The Proof! As to Harper he is not even in this picture and that story just won't stick and if he tries to make it stick he ends up suckin in asbestos in a jail cell in Germany ... he has one chance and one chance only and that is to show up on Thursday and like the ol saying goes eat the pudding! The proof is in the eating of the pudding! Otherwise more nonsense and we get tired of story before the Public Inquiry speaking of which - I have a question = Has a Public Inquiry ever been cancelled because they might just end up happening here unless it is very good pudding.

    Mulroney has already publicly admitted he didn't tell the truth about his involvement with Schreiber and him accepting money from him so where have you been...THAT is perjury.

    And you can't say Harper is not involved until a complete legitimate investigation takes place, which Harper did not and does not support and has been and continues to interfere with. He did not and does not want to have a full investigation and this is obvious. He only has taken the action he has taken because he felt pressured to, which raises many questions about what he knows and who he is protecting and how he is involved. Schreiber was living in Alberta and doing business in Alberta and closely associated with the Alberta Government while Harper was living in Alberta and part of the Alberta Government, which supports that Harper could very well be involved as Schreiber has suggested and which can only be established one way or the other with a complete and truly unbiased independent investigation, yet Harper doesn't support this and only when pressured to has ordered only an investigation into whether or not there should be an investigation, appointing someone who is biased in his and Mulroney's favour to investigate this and make this recommendation. What is occurring now is not legitimate and all Canadians must ask why is Harper acting this way, especially when you consider the platform of accountability and transparency he proclaimed to get elected???

    Why is Harper and his Justice Minister not keeping Schreiber here, which is easily done, to ensure a full and complete investigation?

    You, like Harper, continue to avoid the facts and true issues and like the wizard in the Wizard of Oz want us to "pay no attention to the man behind the curtain", or to his actions that again do not match his words.

  9. Fri Nov 23, 2007 10:46 pm
    Again ignoring the only option on your side. Show me the proof and then eat the pudding else all is sound and fury and meaningless except of course for the Libel suits if anything is said outside of the Parliament. I love the bit about something must be amiss since both Harper and Schreiber lived in Alberta ... well ... how can you respond to something as patently ridiculous as this. There are so many other holes in your statement that it is not worth my time to list them all. I can not wait to get home on Thursday turn CPAC on and see if they will be televising the hearing this going to be brilliant absolutley brilliant. I have no doubt schreider has been greasing as many politicians campaign funds and personal favors as possible with everyone and anyone as surreptitouslyas possible but there is only one problem with this and that is cash does not always leave a trail and guess what sooner or later it turns into he said this and he said that and where is the proof

    I said it is possible based on the evidence that is known that Schreiber could be telling the truth about Harper being involved and again I see you continue to ignore the obvious...instead of saying you already know the truth when you could not possibly and instead of denying, denying, denying...why don't you and Harper and his gang just openly and fully support a complete and legitimate invesigation so that we can all see the facts and evidence, as all Canadians have a right to,after all this is a democracy or is supposed to be, and then let us decide for ourselves instead of working so hard to keep the facts and evidence from the public and from coming out and working so hard trying to tell us what to think and believe?

    And you are probaby right about Schreiber bribing politicians...after all he paid Brian Mulroney a large amount of money secretly handed over in paper bags that Mulroney has admitted accepting, even though he lied about it previously and under oath.

    You lose more and more ground and credibility the more you speak, just like Harper and Mulroney.

    "You lose more and more ground and credibility the more you speak, just like Harper and Mulroney."

    you are ignoring the obvious..”<br />
    <br />
    <br />
    And You are ignoring the more obvious, and the basis of to-days politics and here is your “pudding”<br />
    <br />
    <a href="http://ponerology.blogspot.com/2005/12/political-ponerology-science-on-nature.html">http://ponerology.blogspot.com/2005/12/political-ponerology-science-on-nature.html</a><br />
    <br />
    “PONEROLOGY”: N. DIVISION OF THEOLOGY DEALING WITH EVIL; THEOLOGICAL DOCTRINE OF WICKEDNESS OR EVIL; FROM THE GREEK: PONEROS -> EVIL'. <br />
    <br />
    WE ARE NOT PROPOSING A “THEOLOGICAL” STUDY, BUT RATHER A SCIENTIFIC STUDY OF WHAT WE CAN PLAINLY CALL EVIL. THE PROBLEM IS, OUR MATERIALIST SCIENTIFIC CULTURE DOES NOT READILY ADMIT THAT EVIL ACTUALLY EXISTS, PER SE. THE LACK OF SUCH A SCIENCE HAS COST HUMANITY MILLIONS OF LIVES AND UNTOLD SUFFERING.<br />
    There are quite a number of modern psychologists who are actually beginning to move in the direction of what Dr. Lobaczewski said had already been done behind the Iron Curtain many years ago. I have a stack of their books on my desk. Some of them seem to be falling back into the religious perspective simply because they have no other scientific ground on which to stand. I think that is counterproductive. As George K. Simon, Jr., writes in his book “In Sheep’s Clothing”: (HIGHLY recommended)<br />
    ________________________________________<br />
    …e’ve been pre-programmed to believe that people only exhibit problem behaviors when they’re “troubled” inside or anxious about something. We’ve also been taught that people aggress only when they’re attacked in some way. So, even when our gut tells us that somebody is attacking us and for no good reason, we don’t readily accept the notion. We usually start to wonder what’s bothering the person so badly “underneath it all” that’s making them act in such a disturbing way. We may even wonder what we may have said or done that “threatened” them. We almost never think that they might be fighting simply to get something, have their way, or gain the upper hand. So, instead of seeing them as merely fighting, we view them as primarily hurting in some way.<br />
    Not only do we often have trouble recognizing the ways people aggress us, but we also have difficulty discerning the distinctly aggressive character of some personalities. The legacy of Sigmund Freud’s work has a lot to do with this. Freud’s theories (and the theories of others who built upon his work) heavily influenced the psychology of personality for a long time. Elements of the classical theories of personality found their way into many disciplines other than psychology as well as into many of our social institutions and enterprises. The basic tenets of these theories and their hallmark construct, neurosis, have become fairly well etched in the public consciousness.<br />
    Psychodynamic theories of personality tend to view everyone, at least to some degree, as neurotic. Neurotic individuals are overly inhibited people who suffer unreasonable fear (anxiety), guilt and shame when it comes to securing their basic wants and needs. The malignant impact of overgeneralizing Freud’s observations about a small group of overly inhibited individuals into a broad set of assumptions about the causes of psychological ill-health in everyone cannot be overstated.<br />
    Therapists whose training overly indoctrinated them in the theory of neurosis, may “frame” problems presented them incorrectly. They may, for example, assume that a person, who all their life has aggressively pursued independence and demonstrated little affinity for others, must necessarily be “compensating” for a “fear” of intimacy. In other words, they will view a hardened fighter as a terrified runner, thus misperceiving the core reality of the situation.<br />
    We need a completely different theoretical framework if we are to truly understand, deal with, and treat the kinds of people who fight too much as opposed to those who cower or “run” too much.<br />
    The problem is, of course, that when you read all the books about such people as Dr. Simon is describing, you discover that “treatment” really means treating the victims because such aggressors almost never seek help.<br />
    <br />

    I am far from the only one questioning Harper's involvement with Mulroney and Schreiber and Harper's actions in attempting to block an investigation, especially when according to him he is Mr. Accountability and Transparency, immediately raised questions about his involvement and about what he knows,etc... <br />

    <br />
    Being willfully blind is not adequate excuse for attempting to defend a man we already know to be a liar and seriously corrupt just by comparing the words that got him elected to his actions ever since he was. His actions not only don't come close to matching his words, his actions are the extreme direct oppostite of his words. <br />
    <br />
    Stephen Harper has proven himself to be a liar and a hypocrite and many other shameful things and I am ashamed he is Prime Minister of our country as he does not in any way represent my personal values or the values of our country that have been established by Canadians.<br />
