America's Agenda For Global Military Domination

Posted on Sunday, March 20 at 01:06 by 4Canada
While the document follows in the footsteps of the administration's "pre-emptive" war doctrine as detailed by the Neocons' Project of the New American Century (PNAC), it goes much further in setting the contours of Washington's global military agenda. It calls for a more "proactive" approach to warfare, beyond the weaker notion of "pre-emptive" and defensive actions, where military operations are launched against a "declared enemy" with a view to "preserving the peace" and "defending America." http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article8303.htm

That's hardly news as it has been american policy since world war 2.

And our right want more integration with this agenda? Maybe that isn't there intention, but the idea of more integration can mean Canada's complete approval for this agenda.

The Liberal's seem to be going in the opposite direction, however, that could just be a blind folded approach they are using. The Conservatives we can give credit for being more open about their plans for Canada.

Interesting article, but nothing new. They are just more open about their intentions. You may want to take a look at the latest issue of Popular Mechanics magazine, with the story of home made rockets.Anyone can figure out how to use those toys for weapons.Homemade BMD?

...i think it is "new' when coupled with the 'pre-emptive'
strike perogative...and the lessening of US
constitutional constraints on the President's perogative
to launch an 'unofficial war' not requiring sanction by the
House of Representatives. Project for a New American
Century and this latest Pentagon release do not bode
well for a safer world.

...and we, as Canucks....need to look hard at how our
'gentile' nation is increasingly complicitous with this
increased world-wide aggressiveness of Empire...and
whether or not we should allow our political elites,
namely, the PMO's to pursue policies of 'deep
integration',....likewise we need to review our national
energy policy and exports that feed the permanent war
economy. ....and while we're at ...adopt an independent
foreign policy that increases our ties with Europe, Latin
America, Russia, India, China and not just follow a
unilateralist policy of the USA....this century will be a
multi-polar world...not a world dominated by US
Empire...even though they may pursue that.

We as Canuckians SHOULD increase our degree of reliance upon other countries, not just America. To be a leach upon only one country severely limits our capability to extract economic advantage from the world as a whole. We need to follow the lead of France, our motherland, in this regard. It is much easier to extract from the economy of poor third world countries, and kill their inhabitants (so that we might help ourselves to their natural resources - like France did in the Ivory Coast) if there aren't any of those evil American bastards (to quote our national mad cow, Carolyn Parrish) standing in our way. After all, we don't want to have to pay REAL money to finance our OWN agenda when we could ride the coat tails of another country. We need to firmly attach our collective suction devices to the E.U., and China, and Russia. Loyalty to a nation that has protected us and looked after us (rather stupidly) for generations will not help us gain economically, will it? We need other options. We should not burden ourselves with such things as moral decisions. Only if it makes sense to us from an economic standpoint should we make our alliances as we have done for generations. Once we have milked someone to the maximum extent possible, we should indeed move on. I most wholeheartedly agree with the sentiments expressed herein by my fellow comrades. Anyone have a doobie?

What's it like in your world? Looks like you've abandoned your search for reality and have found a bad dream to live in.

learn more about Quantum Physics, and you will learn that reality is not what you choose to think is the true reality over what someone else may think is the true reality. Quantum Physics easily reveals your arrogance to think your reality is some how superior over another.

Thus the subject of the article has been forgotten, way to go anonamuss. Ride another countries coat tails and let them pay the bills? We give their corps our resources at fire sale prices or doesn't that count as tribute to the empire?

"With the exception of The Wall Street Journal (see below in annex), not a word has been mentioned in the US media."

This statement is false. It was first page news in the New York Times. Consequently, the entire Chossudovsky article is not reliable and should be removed from Vive le Canada.

Their are WMDs in Iraq. Iraq was trying to buy Uranium from Niger to make nukes. Iraq was purchasing aluminum tubes to use in their nuclear program. These statements are all false and were used to start a war which lead to the death, maiming torture and abuse of Iraqi civilians by the US forces. Consequently Bush and Cheney are not reliable leaders. They should must be impeached and Bush removed from the White House immediately.

Looks like Canadians must make a very difficult choice. Not very much middle ground here. Being next door will cause concern no matter what the choice is. Time to say "Who cares about the economy" or "Better jump on board".
YOUR VOTE COUNTS
