Petition To Remove Fuel Tax On Biodiesel In Alberta

The federal government does not collect fuel tax on the sale of biodiesel. The Canadian provinces of Ontario and British Columbia also do not collect fuel tax on the sale of biodiesel. We believe that this tax change would allow for greater consumer & industry choice in fuel, without impacting tax revenue or hurting existing fuel markets.
