My two part question remains the same: Who are the persons in position to put an end to SPP by way of legislative or judicial intervention? How do we get them to take on and complete this task?
If any of this were before Parliament, I'd say the answer would be 'Her Majesty's Loyal Opposition'.
Defeat the Government next session. Get rid of the dictator.
