We must remember that CIA agent Philip Giraldi warned the American Conservative magazine that STRATCOM would launch a nuclear attack on Iran in the wake of a new WMD-style attack on American soil. And the Russian media and former Russian military members continue to warn that an American and Israeli strike on Iran is imminent. While many drills are run every month, Nobel Resolve 07, with it’s “realistic” scenarios, comes at a time of increased geopolitical tension. Power's statements have been variously used to support claims of governmental complicity, amazing coincidence, or unsurprising coincidence. Power later said that interpreting similarities between reality and one of the several exercises of that day as evidence of a conspiracy is misguided. Emergency services also have performed similar exercises, and one of the exercises choosing a feasible scenario that came true was a little disconcerting but hardly surprising.<br />

Hardly surprising for sure since the exact same tactic was used to launch the 9/11 false flag attacks.
I suppose these highly publicized (and utterly useless) "simulations" will serve to prove that the secret drills on 9/11 and 7/7 that mimicked the real attacks were just amazing coincidences.
