you make interesting statements, and you know this how? You might want to express how you know how much money they were making and how much they were paying in rent, at this taxpayer subsidized housing unit and then I might understand the statement. Are you Jack's ex-accountant? Not liking a person or their views is one thing, but making statements as above, should probably have something like proof to support it. IMO

They pay full-price.
That's the whole idea behind co-op housing - it's not just "poor" people that live there. There is a range of income levels that live there, and people who make more money pay more rent and are not subsidized.
