Sex Party Sues Canada Post

The B.C. based Sex party ran three candidates in last May’s provincial election. They have no candidates nominated in the current campaign.

The suit argues that the pamphlet does not violate the “Unadressed Admail Guide,” because it is not offensive and that Canada Post’s refusal to carry the ad is a violation of their Charter Rights.

    The Sex Party's problem is that they are not a religious Christian base interest group with the Prime Minister of Canada as a member.

    Canada Post, like the government, is run by a bunch of incompetent hypocrites. I hope the Sex Party takes them to town on this suit.

    Should the Sex Party win, the heads at Canada Post will just laugh, because it will be you and me - the enslaved tax payer - that's taken to town.
