    I think BCHydro was also accused of price gouging and from what I can tell they did. That may be why Campbell split it up and gave the accouting section of BCHydro to Accenture.......connecting dots back to Arthur Anderson....back to Enron. There is so much corporate crime and government corruption that the entire world could be living well with better money distribution.

    I also heard that Alberta has opened an office in the Washington Embassy with a personal diplomat. So now there's a nice red carpet from King Ralph to the Palace.
