Americans Must Have Criminal Checks Before Contacting Foreigners On Internet

This reminds me of the time when I was in DP Lager 1000 in Wels, Austria, in 1946-47, and I knew several German girl "refugees", who were incarcerated in the nazi KZ camps because they had sex with Poles, and didn't dare to go home to Germany after the war.

The nazis had strict rules on sex: Men could have sex with the "Untermensch", or "subhuman" females, such as Jews, Poles, or other Slavic races, gypsies, and the military bordellos were staffed with them, but women not. French slave labourers were OK.

When I read about behaviours in times of war and then hear about "rule of law" in peacetime I sincerely believe schizophrenia is the natural state of mind for 97.5% of the population.
