'Canada Can Do More' For Afghanistan: O'Connor

At least Canada is no longer claiming to be rebuilding the country. The equipment to be supplied is assumidly weapons. O'Conner can only visualize more death as the solution. In that respect, O'Conner and the Americans will be doing a lot more for Afghanistan.
