You DO NOT Want To Be In Portland, Oregon This Summer

Does this not seem a little suspicious to you? It certainly does to me. These types of coincidences on this large a scale don't just happen. This was the plan. What better way to utterly confuse the emergency responders so that they could not possibly see it coming and have no way of preventing and properly responding to the situation? To quote an FAA official on the morning of 9/11 when informed that airliners had been hijacked, and Air Force jets would need to be scrambled immediately, "Uh...Is this real world or exercise?".

Now that we can see how "terrorist" attacks seem to go down in the 21st century, it's not that difficult to see the hows and whens of possible future attacks. There have been a lot of veiled warnings of late coming from senior people in the US government. Here are some examples:

April 15, 2007, Dick Cheney: "The greatest threat now is 'a 9/11' occurring ... with a nuclear weapon in the middle of one of our own cities."

June 3, 2007, Dennis Milligan, Chairman of the Arkansas Republican Party: "I believe fully the president is doing the right thing, and I think all we need is some attacks on American soil like we had on [Sept. 11, 2001]."

July 1, 2007, ABC News: "A secret U.S. law enforcement report, prepared for the Department of Homeland Security, warns that al Qaeda is planning a terror "spectacular" this summer."

July 11, 2007, Michael Chertoff, Homeland Security chief: "I believe we are entering a period this summer of increased risk."

July 20, 2007, Paul Craig Roberts, former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury: "Whether authentic or orchestrated, an attack will activate Bush's new executive orders [NSPD-51], which create a dictatorial police state in event of national emergency."

July 2007, Juval Aviv, former special consultant to the U.S. Congress on issues of terrorism and security: "I predict, based primarily on information that is floating in Europe and the Middle East, that an event is imminent and around the corner here in the United States. It could happen as soon as tomorrow, or it could happen in the next few months. Ninety days at the most. Mass transportation is the next attack."

July 24, 2007, Peter DeFazio, House Homeland Security Committee member: "I just can't believe they're going to deny a member of Congress the right of reviewing how they plan to conduct the government of the United States after a significant terrorist attack Maybe the people who think there's a conspiracy out there are right."

OK, so we have some pretty important, in-the-know type guys all giving us vague premonitions of disaster, most likely of the nuclear variety, occurring somewhere in the US in the summer of 2007. Well, hold onto your hat and check THIS out...

During the week of August 20 - 24, 2007, a military exercise known as operation Noble Resolve will be taking place in and around the city of Portland, Oregon. This exercise involves the scenario of a nuclear attack on Portland. We have seen that large scale "terrorist" attacks for some reason always seem to occur during precisely this type of exercise. The exact same scenario, at the exact same time, in the exact same place. If I lived anywhere NEAR Oregon I'd be really nervous right about now. I for one will be paying close attention to operation Noble Resolve this month.

This article was inspired by the work of Captain Eric H. May, former US Army military intelligence officer and military analyst for The Wall Street Journal.

    Good post caper454. Do you know where the information came from that shows that Scotland Yard was running a terror drill on 7/7? <br />
    I found this, <br />
    "According to a report of the Associated Press correspondent in Jerusalem, the Israeli embassy in London had been advised in advance by Scotland Yard of an impending bomb attack:<br />
    <br />
    Just before the blasts, Scotland Yard called the security officer at the Israeli Embassy to say they had received warnings of possible attacks, the official said. He did not say whether British police made any link to the economic conference.(AP, 7 July 2005) ", at<br />

    This, from the same article "3. Britain's Atlantic Blue, April 2005<br />
    <br />
    In Britain, there were several documented exercises of terror attacks on London's underground system.<br />
    <br />
    In addition to the 7/7 exercise conducted by Visor Consultants, a similar mock terror drill on London's transportation system entitled "Atlantic Blue" was held in April 2005, barely three months prior to the real attacks. In 2003, a mock terror drill labelled OSIRIS 2 was conducted. It consisted, according to Peter Power in testing the "equipment and people deep in the Underground of London". It involved the participation of several hundred people. (Interview with Peter Power, CTV, 11 July 2005).<br />
    <br />
    "Atlantic Blue" was part of a much larger US sponsored emergency preparedness exercise labelled TOPOFF 3, which included the participation of Britain and Canada. It had been ordered by the UK Secretary of State for the Home Department, Mr. Charles Clarke, in close coordination with his US counterpart Michael Chertoff.<br />
    <br />
    The assumptions of the Visor Consultants mock drill conducted on the morning of July 7th were similar to those conducted under "Atlantic Blue". This should come as no surprise since Visor Consultants was involved, on contract to the British government, in the organisation and conduct of Atlantic Blue and in coordination with the US Department of Homeland Security.<br />
    <br />
    As in the case of the 9/11 simulation organized by the CIA, the July 7, 2005 Visor mock terror drill, was casually dismissed by the media, without further investigation, as a mere "coincidence", with no relationship to the real event. "<br />

    The suicide bombings of the London subway cars present an interesting scenario.

    The published photographs of the inside of the bombed cars show the torn edges of the car floors bent UPWARD into the passenger compartment.

    Any explosive charge in the passenger compartment would have the torn edges bent DOWNWARD towards the ground.

    One conclusion would be that the explosive charges were placed below the car's floor. That of course belies the tale of the suicide bombers.

    Another conclusion, one that I subscribe to, is that everything the public is told by any government agency or the MSM is a complete pack of lies.

    <p>A company by the name of <b>Visor Consultants</b> - who specialize in "Crisis Management", "Media Handling", and "Business Continuity", among other things - was heavily involved in the exercises of July 7/07, along with Scotland Yard. This was confirmed by Visor Consultants themselves.</p> <p>This from Wikipedia: On the evening of 7 July, the managing director of Visor Consultants, Peter Power, was interviewed on BBC Radio 5. Peter Power stated "At half past nine this morning <b>we were actually running an exercise for a company of over a thousand people in London based on simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning</b>, so I still have the hairs on the back of my neck standing up right now."</p> <p>The actually audio of this conversation can be heard in the documentary film <b>Zeitgeist</b>.</p>
