Oct 25: Rallies Against The Iraq Occupation

Join us at the Castlegar Courthouse on Saturday October 25 at 2:00 pm. We
will bring you up-to-date on our War Child campaign and listen to a short
talk by Hannah Hadikein of Voice of Women for Peace on the situation of
children and women in war. We shall sing a few songs of hope and peace. At
the open mike you will have an opportunity to express your views and to
tell us what our community expects of us. You can also make a donation to
War Child or buy their fund-raiser 2-CD set of Peace Songs by Canadian
pop-culture artists.
