Judge "Exposes" Inequality Of Woman's Jurisprudence

Dierker proved the thesis of his book is correct even prior to publication. Feminists dominating the St. Louis Post Dispatch attacked him on page one. Missouri Senator Joan Bray (D-St. Louis) filed a complaint with the Missouri Bar even before the book was published. Joan is a classic feminist legislator, and heiress to feminist machines run by former Missouri Representatives Kaye Steinmetz and Sue Shear. Bray continues to seek ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), which would create inequality based on sex; supports socialized health care [1] [2], sponsored a bill promoting abortions that pretends to prevent them, and wants to force gay values on the state of Missouri. In a St. Louis Daily Record article, Rep. Bray ranted “The venom in the book was shocking to me.” But she admits, “I probably meet his definition of femifascist.” Given the fact that modern radical feminism is the lineal great-grand-daughter of the Women’s Ku Klux Klan, we must credit Rep. Bray for owning up to her discriminatory attitudes towards men. http://www.newswithviews.com/Usher/david44.htm

All that is "exposed" by this book is that its author is regurgitating the same stereotypes and logical fallacies that have been used for years to summarily attack any women courageous enough to continue to fight for women's rights and equality. Unfortunately, low, obvious tactics like this have succeeded in smearing the feminist movement so much in the mind of the general public that many women now refuse to associate themselves with it, no matter how much they support the aims of feminism, because they don't want to be called "men-haters". Sad, especially considering women STILL haven't attained pay equity in the workforce, STILL don't have even close to equal representation in either the American or Canadian governments, and STILL face all other kinds of inequalities that tell us we remain second-class citizens despite all of our supposed progress in the west. In fact, things are getting worse for women under the right-wing governments we now have in the West. We need women more than ever to work on these issues and fight to regain the ground we have lost and to move forward. I will never shrink from calling myself a feminist, along with calling myself a happily married woman, a mother, a worker, and a Canadian.

I am always amused when the bottom feeders of thought selectively pinpoint what they decide to the issue rather than copping to the fact that there are destructive forces within the (feminist) movement.

Here is one of your *so called men haters*, the very ones who are traitors to the cause as well as being creators of a dichotomy that needn’t exist.

Even radical feminists state radical hatred as a moving force:

“Hisses. Women shouting at me: slut, bisexual, she fucks men. And before I had spoken, I had been trembling, more afraid to speak than I had ever been. And, in a room of 200 sister lesbians, as angry as I have ever been. "Are you a bisexual?" some woman screamed over the pandemonium, the hisses and shouts merging into a raging noise. "I'm a Jew," I answered; then, a pause, "and a lesbian, and a woman." ... The event was a panel on "Lesbianism as a Personal Politic" that took place in New York City, Lesbian Pride Week 1977. A self-proclaimed lesbian separatist had spoken... articulated of late with increasing frequency in feminist circles: women and men are distinct species or races (the words are used interchangeably); men are biologically inferior to women; male violence is a biological inevitability; to eliminate it, one must eliminate the species/race itself (means stated on this particular evening: developing parthenogenesis as a viable reproductive reality); in eliminating the biologically inferior species/race Man, the new Ubermensch Womon (prophetically foreshadowed by the lesbian separatist * herself) will have the earthly dominion that is her true biological destiny. We are left to infer that the society of her creation will be good because she is good, biologically good. In the interim, incipient SuperWomon will not do anything to "encourage" women to "collaborate" with men... The audience applauded the passages on female superiority/male inferiority enthusiastically...
In considering male intellectual and scientific argumentation in conjunction with male history, one is forced to conclude that men as a class are moral cretins.” [Dworkin’s comment] (Andrea Dworkin)
That inequity exists for women is a non starter: it does.

Aye, but here’s the rub, inequity exists in humankind, and to further divide humanity along political –gender lines serves only those in control of wages, law ad infinitum: forever, without limit, to infinity.

As there are misogynists, so be there misandrists: man-haters.
