The committee's latest report, Pursuing a High Performance Public Service, was released last week and called for a major revamping of how human resources are managed in government. The report recommended the creation of a new, smaller agency and urged toughening up the performance standards for senior executives and all managers.     Probably he will simply fire, gag or intimidate a few more committe or Commision chairs so that they get the idea not to say anything that he has not approved off. Im surprised that this even got done!
