Board Meeting Feb 27 2005

Vive le Canada Board Meeting February 27, 2005 15:00 Via IRC 1) Call to Order. Present: Jvanherk, Sthompson, Catherine Costen, Dr. Caleb, Milton. Absent: Bob Price. 2) Old business: A)Moderation is still in progress. It's priority is lowered as Jesse is moving and has other pressing responsibilities. B) Incorporation progress has not changed. 3) New Business A) A new action for Lockheed Martin will be planned. B) T-Shirts will be ordered and Shipped March 2nd or thereabouts. C) More volunteers will be recruited, as proofreaders and French translators. Catherine will post a story to that effect. D) Vive continues to grow, with visits increasing by 1000 page loads in the last month. E) Susan would like to see us move in more of an activist role, and will put foreward plans to that effect in the future. 4) Next meeting: March 20, 2005, 15:00 via IRC. 5) Meeting Adjourned Sun Feb 27 16:05 2005 MST
