"THE AMERO" IS REAL; I HAVE ONE TO PROVE IT!

Posted on Tuesday, October 09 at 13:15 by drcaleb
The real thing arrives! Today, I received a single 20 AMERO coin in the mail. A real coin. Real metal, really MINTED by the US Mint in Denver, CO. The proof that it is being Minted in Denver is that the coin is stamped with the Mint Identity letter "D" on the bottom right of the side with the eagle just like regular US coins already in circulation today! http://www.halturnershow.com/AmeroCoinArrives.html

Some may remember the previous stories that were dismissed as 'fantasy':<br />

"Some may remember the previous stories that were dismissed as 'fantasy'"

For all it matters it may as well be fantasy, since all 'money' is exactly that. To see for yourself, visit the Bank of Canada and try exchanging that worthless token in for something of real value.

I like the way some people in the USA are solving the problem, which is to make use of alternative currencies rather than using the 'official' version.

I was just going to say- don`t use the Amero! Use Canadian currency only when this thing comes out, and/or use other forms of currency!

They are wishful thinking by a bunch of Moroe Doctrinair Yanks. Any one can make such a fantasy coin. Getting people to accept it as legal tender is a different matter. Hopefuly, if they tried to pull it off the political shit would hit the fan.A lot of people would simply refuse to accept it if it were offered as change, or aspayment for anything.I certasinly would refuse to work for it. I'd insist on payment in Euros before I'd accept it. Yanks boycoted every time they tried a new dollar coin. Thus they gave up on it.

I think Mr. Turner is pulling another fast one. Coins can be ordered from the 'Fantasy' site, and have had enough time to arrive.

The photos prove absolutely nothing and anyone who peddles around a set of photos showing a coin that can be easily stamped out in any machine shop as proof is most likely telling fibs.

A guy on CKA ordered several coins when the first story went up. He received them a short time ago.

The coin in hand does indeed prove nothing.
