How can any Canadian support [more integration with the U.S?]. There are Canadians that do, and I can\'t understand it. I\'ve had discussions with Canadian Alliance members and its very hard to discuss a independent Canada with them. Actually almost impossible.

As for Stronach, and her talk about more integration with the U.S. I think to expose that in the media will have a negative effect.

Well perhaps she wasn\'t briefed thoroughly enough, \'those are the secrets Belinda now don\'t tell all, wait till you are the puppet PM, then we\'ll give you instructions\'! But really Harper has been saying this for awhile, \'can\'t get close enough to our friends\'. This reeks of corporate takeover, less taxes ha ha ha, for who, the corporations?

In this article, she claims that she will reduce the size of government, cut taxes, and build a strong economy to ensure we will have strong social programs.

That is surely the way to reduce social programs !

Americans warned Joe Clark, when he was PM, that \"Do not go down that road of mortgage deductibility, we made that mistake and are still paying for it.\" Apparently the C\'s still believe it is a good thing.

At least she will get more people interested in politics, my only hope is they will slam the door in her face !!
    She\'s more right-wing than Harper. Unbelievable !

Of course she`s more right than Harper. What can we expect from a spoiled rich kid? Now her inflated sense of entitlement will transform into an attack on people who ALWAYS suffer from the creation and concentration of wealth into just a very few hands!

    }´$?s|e Stockwell Day has such a jumped-up
politician as Ms B.S. threatened the country.

    Her Reform/CCRAP/Alliance/Conservative colleagues
have been fawning over her, because why? Because
her father has money? Surely, surely that's not the only
reason? Oh, right. OK. It's the money. So it was just as
an added precautionary measure, that she jumps old
Peter MacKay's bones? Right. I do remember now that
she dropped a hint at having done as much for
    President Bill Clinton.

Ms B.S. is obviously a brilliant intellectual with
many fresh new ideas for improving Canada's
economy, in Conservative terms. Hoo ha.
