Speaking to a crowd of over a thousand Canadian Kurds, Honourable Jim Karygiannis, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Transport and a member of the Canadian Cabinet of Ministers, congratulated on Sunday the Kurds on behalf of Canadas prime minister, Mr. Paul Martin, for the down-fall and the capture of the Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, calling for democracy to thrive in Iraq, Turkey, Iran and Syria.
