    At least in this case we see a smiling cop that is not beating the shit out of someone just for the fun of it.

    And at least some those indoctrinated kids who are supposed to be gun carrying border police know what Harper is all about.

    'I don't have a gun... YET!!! You will be the first one to hear about it when serial killer Harper gives me one.'
