These pipelines could carry water instead, and who would know or care? Whereas, if a NAWAPA [ <a href="http://www.schillerinstitute.org/economy/maps/maps2.html#nawapa">http://www.schillerinstitute.org/economy/maps/maps2.html#nawapa</a> ] construction were attempted however, there would likely be a hue-and-cry.<br />
