Polish Government To Closely Monitor YVR Tasering Investigation

Krych said that before he saw the video, Poland had only written a diplomatic note to Canada "informing about our concern." Now, he says, he has recommended that Poland use its existing relationships within Canada to monitor the case. "There is an agreement between our two prosecutors offices," said Krych. "What I have done is to send this information to the Polish prosecutors and ask them whether they want to investigate this case further," he added. Krych would not say what rights or powers the Polish Attorney General has within Canada, or if he had sent copies of the video to Poland. ... The RCMP won't discuss the contents of the video or why the officers used the taser on Dziekanski. "[The video] is one person's view. It's from the viewfinder of one individual," said Integrated Homicide Investigation Team spokesman Cpl. Dale Carr, in a news conference on Wednesday. "It's only one piece of evidence." Carr said the investigation into Dziekanski's death could take about 45 days. The RCMP police complaints commissioner is also looking into the matter, as is the Coroner. ... http://www.canada.com/calgaryherald/news/story.html?id=99f7a932-9efc-4f8d-9732-0157651dd532

For far to long the "Top" has failed to realise, as have the biggest percentage of us, that the "Top" derives its powers from us, and not the way we have allowed it to be come.
Dr. Caleb claimed his right to see to it that he holds the key to his freedoms and i suggest it is time rest rest of us claimed our rights\.
Do not even for a moment think the the words 'claim our/your rights' are only a set of words, for those words are far to important to take causually.
"I am still rather terrified."

So are we, and we have to live here!

I sure do hope it's the match that catches the tender box on fire, because this police state bullshit has been progressing unopposed for much too long.
