    Great idea !!

I would further suggest that we all go to the CIBC and transfer our accounts to another bank in the near future. They are operating off-shore accounts, and only paid some 5% Canadian income tax last year. If they want to play that game, we should take their play money away.

Change banks, and send a message to the CIBC that their policies are not in our best interests.

It may mean that we have to change banks again in the future, but it is our money, and if the banks want to play games, then we can too.

I do not support CIBC. Haven't for many years due to extremely bad service.<p> I will not in the future for their refusal to allow Poppy sales this year.<p> <p>---<br>"History does not repeat itself, but it does rhyme" Mark Twain

I like this idea. Now if we can transform this into other boycotts where the economic impact is large enough to make the power brokers take notice! The CIBC thing is a good idea. Other banks should follow. Perhaps we don`t file our income tax. We could boycott Walmart, Nike, and other sweatshop minded corporations.
