I just have to laugh at how the Cons keep blaming the Liberals for fear mongering and that that is why they lost!!! Why can't they accept that their agenda is scary enough on its own and they don't need any help with being losers!

After last fall's provincial election here in Saskatchewan--an election which the Saskatchewan party was certain they would win, but lost--that party accused the NDP of lying about everything during the campaign. They could not deal with the possiblity that the people of this province really are afraid of their right-wing agenda.

What is Canada's future? A party like Saskatchewan Party, Bloc, and soon maybe a Alberta Party representing their provinces until one day all provinces split out of confederation and some decide to join the U.S?

I'm starting to believe that the only hope for Canada is a true Progressive Conservative party. I believe that if the party never merged and the PC party elected someone like David Orchard as their leader or Steven Sinclair they would have beat the Liberal's in this election. People didn't vote Liberal cause they don't like conservatives. They voted Liberal cause they don't like the extreme right wing conservative they elected as their leader in the New Conservative Party.

What we need to realize before the next election is that this New Conservative Party will be much smarter next time. They will find a leader that is not scary, yet will still follow down the path of more integration with the U.S. The opposition won't be able to find much on this person their gonna find as their next leader.

I wonder sometimes if it would have been best for all Progressive Conservatives to stay in the party to influence some of the direction of the party. If the party isn't found guilty of illegal action when they merged.

Wouldn't it be much better if these progressive conservatives had a say and was able to vote in nomination meetings. Or maybe people like David Orchard and Steven Sinclair should just join the PC Party (Progressive Canadian Party) and work with the new party.

Canadians please don't be fooled. Yes the Liberal's may have been the lesser of the two evils, but we still need to move away from the New Conservatives and the Liberal's all together. The Liberal's got us in this mess and the New Conservatives are gonna use the solution of more integration with the U.S. Its time to change our voting to any party but these two.

    Kevin
