Your best bet is to vote for independents who are not affiliated with a bought and paid for cabal of insiders. If you want to select "none of the above", then be sure to register to vote but do not show up on voting day - that way your absence will at least make it into the statistics showing the percentage of people who voted with their feet. The political process cannot function if too few bother to vote, so low voter turnouts is something the establishment worries about. The worse thing you can do is spoil your ballot because you will have been counted as being among those who voted, yet there are no published the stats on spoiled ballots and whatever you may have written down will never see the light of day.
