A Direct Democracy Of Franco-Colombians: An Utopia After The Online Community?

Posted on Wednesday, May 11 at 09:45 by gaulois
Online communities allow People that belong to a minority to express themselves on matters of interest in their own media. Carrying out democratic reforms would represent a next challenge. A Direct Democracy would allow Franco-Colombians to better look after themselves. There are needs to fulfill as well as barriers to overcome.

This story was published in English on Direct Democracy Canada site and in French on Le Canard Réincarné site. It is a bit lengthy but should be of interest to Vive members interested in FHQ minority governance and in a neat application of Direct Democracy to solve what is often perceived as a lost cause. Your feedback comments are highly welcome as usual.

Note: in English in French
