Farber kept suggesting that Nazis and hatemongers are using the net as a propaganda tool. This is uninformed opinion of the first order. The net is terrible as a "propaganda tool" because it's a two-way medium. Newsgroups are interactive. Racists are forced to answer questions. When Farber says, "Millions of people see what these people write," complete the image for him: "Millions of people see these people ridiculed and humiliated in intellectual debate over and over again."<br />

That is pretty ineffective propaganda.<br />

In the finest of anarchist traditions, the net.community naturally produces people who rebut every hate-mongering pamphlet that denies the Holocaust happened. Canada's Ken McVay is one famous example. He's built an enormous reservoir of historical documents that permanently shred the revisionist pamphlets. Every time the same old pamphlets are uploaded to cyberspace, someone quickly tags on the real story.<br />

In the front of the book The Other Side of the Coin authored by Patience Strong,{out of print} the publisher added this comment: "We, as publishers, believe that our responsibility to readers is best served by giving them access to all points of view and all types of literature. We do not wish to act as censors nor to attempt to mould public opinion by refusing to publish cogently-expressed beliefs." This concise statement is a great "truth" indeed. Why then, do some of my fellow-Canadians seek to deny me access to literature they deem to be "Anti-Semitic" or "Hate Literature?" Their evaluation of the literature in question may be right or wrong or they may be biased because of the powerful "fear-based" influences.<br />
I anxiously implore readers to take an active role in the liberation of "free speech and freedom of expression" from the yoke of "Hate Propaganda" which has been foisted upon free thinkers in various countries of the Western World during the latter half of the 20th Century. This essay, "Fear NOT - The Ultimate Label - Anti-Semitic" is designed to better inform people about the perils of "censorship." If you think that "censorship" in general or the "Anti-Semitic" label in particular does not concern you, think again, because "censorship" and the "Anti-Semitic" label are too often being used as a claimed but unfair justification for keeping "truth" from the masses.<br />
The repercussions of unbridled "censorship" are very alarming indeed. It is interesting to ponder the motives of the well-intentioned, censorship advocates like Green Party members, and CJC (Canadian Jewish Congress) supporters who are experts at intimidation. They incite fear and hysteria with their irresponsible actions of telephoning, emailing and faxing threats based on biased media clippings. Unfortunatley, the general public tends to believe everything that they learn from the media. Neither am I suggesting that everyone should believe everything that David Icke or any other researcher says or writes about. However, I will defend their individual and collective rights to "free speech and freedom of expression." Whatever new information I learn I will process and research further to determine if it rings as "truth" for me. I can only encourage others to do likewise.""<br />

Tolo Would Be a 'Hate Criminal' in Canada <br />

If Tolo had been broadcasting only a few miles north in British Columbia, he would be completely without legal protection. Jewish 'professional complainers' such as Richard Warman and Bernie Farber, emanating from B'nai B'rith Canada and the Canadian Jewish Congress (Canadian ADL), scour Canadian internet, print, and broadcast media for such 'hate speech.' They would immediately report Tolo to the police, claming they were traumatized by his characterization of Jews as media moguls'an accusation they would assert has a long history of inciting hatred of Jews and violence against them. <br />

In the British Columbia hate crimes tribunal court, Tolo could cite impeccable Jewish sources such as the Encyclopedia Judaica article on motion pictures (pg. 449) which says 'all the large Hollywood companies with the exception of United Artists' were founded and controlled by Jews." He could cite the Judaica's articles on David Sarnoff, William S. Paley, and Leonard Goldenson and prove that the big three TV networks, the most powerful creators of public opinion and moral decline in America during the last 50 years, were founded and controlled by Jews. He might also bring to court a number of authoritative Jewish histories of the movie industry including Neil Gabler's An Empire of Their Own: How the Jews Invented Hollywood. But it would do no good. All such evidence is considered irrelevant in a hate crimes trial in Canada. The only issue is whether Jewish feelings are hurt. Tolo would be found guilty of Section 319 of Canada's federal hate law, The Canadian Human Rights Act (passed at ADL's insistence in 1971 after 20 years of lobbying efforts). <br />

After Tolo alleged a Jewish monopoly of the media, he retreated into uncertainty about whether Jewish media moguls would actually stoop to use their power to influence America in a negative way. Would Tolo be acquitted because he didn't say Jewish media control had been evil or damaging' Not a chance. Under the British Columbia provincial hate law, it is a hate crime to merely make public statements that might be 'likely to incite hatred or contempt.' Certainly, prosecution would argue, Tolo influences many hundreds of thousands and should have known how 'likely' it was that rebellious youth and racists might take his negative characterization of Jews and make use of it in acts of bigotry or violence. <br />

If he contested the verdict, he could expect to pay $175,000 to over $200,000 in legal fees to defend his freedom, yet still remain guilty in the end. One way, I think, to get around this censorship nonsense is to use the Zionist's quotations in your missive.

There is a number of web sites that lists verbiage, complete with references where first published, from practically every Zionist of note; since these individuals love to hear themselves talk and gloat among like-minded confrères, there is practically an unlimited supply of prose covering their "heroics" often in the most glowing terms.

The Talmud is another, practically endless source, describing Zionist's thinking and actions.

So, instead of re-inventing the wheel as it were, quote the b****s with the appropriate reference. Use your own innocuous language to put it into proper context.

It would be interesting to see the CJC in action on this!

Thank you very much for the suggestions, at this point in time I am having difficulty in finding words to decribe the hold on peoples minds around the anti- Semitism label.
In previous posts here it can be researched my stance on anti "thought" by the use of a simple three letter word:the.

I sincerely believe(d) by using 'the' to describe actions and thoughts of a percentage of people within a group was faulty because 'the' makes any statement applied in such a manner all inclusive.
Said more simply 'the' used in such a manner becomes 'all' and that's real poo

The language "Newspeak" from the fiction novel "1984", had the goal of controlling what people were able to think about in their minds by controlling what words were available and the meanings of those words.

In the novel, some people refused to speak proper Newspeak and had to be censored out, otherwise Newspeak would not last for very long.

In many ways, Newspeak is all around us, and I have to say it's a resounding success. The thought control we're being exposed to is almost invisible to all but a few, which makes the task of control relatively easy despite the need for a small army of minders and totalitarian laws to put defiance in its place. In fact, many people will even defend their own mental enslavement because they've come to think that thought control is good for themselves and apparently society as a whole.

Imagine that.

I should also add that the principles of communitarism are perverted and used as justification for thought control, where as the claim is made that the loss of the individuals right to speak freely outweigh the right of those who disagree with certain specific aspects of what free speech brings about.

The fact is, in Canada it is illegal to speak freely, yet many people cannot understand that this is indeed a true fact. Even when I point out the fact that there are laws prohibiting what people can and cannot legally say in this country, many people will continue to think that the restrictions are so noble and therefore reasonable that we effectively still have the legal ability to speak freely (despite not being able to speak freely!).

To make matters worse, the fact is that even if what you say is perfectly legal despite the restrictions on free speech, in practice the restrictions can be used as a means to coerce people into silence.

The "law" is an effective tool for those in positions of power, because it can be used to threaten people by the mere prospect of being subjected to it despite there being no justification, and despite the outcome likely being in favor of the accused. Money and time is precious to most of us, but not to "minder" organisations that have bags of money and plenty of time to pursue unjustified "thought crime" complaints against individuals and organisations.

Here at Vive we just recently witnessed how the "minders" operate, and how even the vaguest of threats against this website successfully coerced the owner to delete a perfectly legitimate and legal article that was posted by one of our members (Diogenes). It was far easier to avoid being subjected to unfounded thought crime accusations, than to invest the necessary time and money to defend against unfounded accusations.

I suspect that every website in this country that has any measure of readership will have at least one minder taking note of what is being said. Thanks to the recent censorship attempt, we now know who (at least which user names) at this site belong to suspected minders, but I'm sure a few "new" members have recently signed up. Hey, someone has to watch the watchers.
