New Newsfeed Block

I've just added a new block, called Gov't News. It's running off of a newsfeed straight from the Canadian Government site. They've got a list of other feeds here.

    PS I moved the \"Who\'s Online\" block to the right so it\'s more visible.

    Excellent. I was wondering what to do with that.

    (for anyone without an account, the who\'s online block only shows up for logged-in users)
