Census Form Letter Bug Fixed

We had some emails today from people trying to send the form letter and not being allowed to enter their postal codes (it would say they aren't valid). This was in fact a bug that had cropped up and it's now fixed. Reports are that the form letter is now working fine so please send if you were having problems before.
