US Government Plays Major Role In B.C. Marijuana Party Raid

Posted on Friday, July 29 at 19:33 by SReimer
The search warrant named Emery, Gregory Williams and Michelle Rainey-Fenkarek. Bennett said Williams was taken into police custody at the store on Friday while Rainey-Fenkarek was arrested at her home on Thursday night. Police were not immediately available to comment on whether any arrests had been made. The store, named Toker's Bowl, is adjacent to the New Amsterdam Cafe where people have been smoking marijuana openly for years. Several people gathered outside the store to protest the raid, many holding anti-American signs. Police sealed off the store and covered the windows with paper while they conducted their search. The search warrant sets out a long list of requests made by the United States to the Vancouver police department. In the warrant, the U.S. alleges that those named in it have conspired to manufacture marijuana, conspired to distribute marijuana seeds and conspired to engage in money laundering. http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/Law/Marijuana/2005/07/29/pf-1152768.html And another link, submitted by "attack beaver": http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/national/2005/07/29/pot-raid050729.html [Proofreader's note: this article was edited for spelling and typos on August 1, 2005]

The DEA has an office in Vancouver somewhere, if anyone knows where it is, they should pay them a visit.

A good idea would be to get there photographs and post them on the internet indentifying them as DEA Agents.

Nice to know that the Federal Liberals are afraid of the American government. Nothing was done about this previously by Canadian Authorities but when the Yanks coming calling the Liberals get on their knees and say Yessir Master right away Master. The Federal Liberals are traitors, when will people come to realize this. Any Canadian citizen for any reason will be handed over. Next on the agenda will be political opponents. The Liberals are Vichy Canadians. Spread the word people.

Emery is a libertarian type, but extraditing him to the US is madness. I personally would protest his removal, even though he's not my cup of tea.

All this for selling marijuana seeds to addresses in the US? Outrageous.

I hope the judge who decides this case is smart. Maybe just make Emery promise not to sell seeds to US addresses anymore.

Me thinks Canada is already integrated deeper into/with the US than citizens are aware of. Perhaps we should demand a raid on all US stores that sell fire arms. Too many are showing up right here.

Vancouver Police serving a U.S.A. Warrant on someone, who is technically not breaking the law in Canada. Seeds are not illegal. Go to the supermarket, you can buy overpriced hemp oil for cooking ect in the health food sections. This is to me, a clear sign that we are already under the CFR "Deep Integration" model. They are simple setting an example, which is clear for all to see. You don't hear our politicians talking much about the MASSIVE cocaine/crystal meth problem in our country, and they are making an example of Mark Emery. He used to be cool, before he became all arrogant and shit, but still is this guy a big threat to society? At least he has fought the bullshit and won many times so far. But perhaps not any longer. The NWO must make an example of him, to scare people from following in his footsteps. Canadian law doesnt matter I guess, cause US Law seems to have jurisdiction. Where is our Sovereignty now?

This is almost as bad as when they put Tommy Chong in jail for selling bongs over the interent....
