I believe Al Qaeda is a manipulation device used by the U.S., Isreal and Saudi Arabia to scare the bejeezes out of joe citizen and whip any or all of us into compliance. Be good consoumbies, be good workerbies, don't ask questions, infact just keep you mouth shut at all times or you'll be attacked. And if you don't believe us go see the Al Qaeda website and find yourself on the list.

retaliating with an equal or greater act of terrorism isn't exactly getting rid of the problem.

Let`s face it, on the world stage, Canada is nothing.

Well said. Still one must admit the terrorist situation is getting out of hand. Chaos is spreading. Personally I think it is nearing the ultimate faceoff between good and evil. You evil bastards can suck my wad. I think for every terrorist caught, they should be castrated and have their tongues removed. Their sick perverse way of thinking is detroying our world. Beautiful things created by us are being destroyed by these bastards. Let them all rot in hell.

As a Muslim African-American whose ancestors have been enslaved by white and Arab alike, you can say what you will about Arabs, and they can say what they want about you, too. If whites and Arabs wiped each other out, what would I lose? And yet, I still ask you and others to be fair to each other, just because it is the right thing to do in the eyes of God. Resist terrorism if it oppresses you, but treat Muslims and Arabs fairly if you want to be on God's side. If you really want to beat Muslims, behave better than they do. Behaving more Eastern or more Western won't make a difference, being better morally will.

I`m hoping the terrorist ideals are not representitive of what most Arabs or Muslims think, and I`m pretty sure it isn`t.
When some nut case with a rifle or a bomb attacks an abortion clinic in the name of Christianity, do we believe this is what all Christians think? Of course not.
Not everyone should be tarred with the same brush.

canada wants peace

Yes indeed, Canada is nothing on the world stage. So is New Zealand and Austria to name a few but that doesn't mean we still aren't great nations and other countries don't see us, it just means we stay out of people's business. Canada, Austria, and New Zealand aren't strong economically or militarily but we still play an important role in the world, peacekeeping.
