Kerry Supports Military Intervention Too

Posted on Saturday, March 27 at 15:49 by sthompson
However, for now I thought you might like (or be appalled by) this little gem, from sanders research.

"...(Kerry) repeats several times his readiness to order direct military action and seems to imply that military intervention might be conceivable in countries that are American allies; 'we can't wipe out terrorist cells in places like Sweden, Canada, the Philippines or Italy just by dropping in Green Berets.' "

I'll be honest. I think John Kerry is MUCH more of a threat to the world than Bush, because Kerry is a terrorist by stealth. Bush and his handlers are so stupid that even Americans see through them.

BE VERY WARY OF JOHN KERRY. If anyone on here has a vote in the American election, vote for Ralph Nader, vote for George W. Bush, or spoil yor ballot, but NEVER vote for a democrat like Kerry!

Remeber Clinton? Nobody even remembers he bombed Iraq for 10 years and destroyed an Aspirin facory in Yugoslavia he thought was a terrorist building.....but he was so "Diplomatic."

I thought the aspirin factory was in Sudan?? But yeah, Clinton was by no means a peaceful president. Scandal at home? Bomb Iraq!

Now call it extreme if you like, but I propose we hit it hard, and we hit it fast, with a major, and I mean major, leaflet campaign.--Rimmer, Red Dwarf

There's no perfect intelligence so governments make mistakes. Obviously Clinton was very worried about Al Qaeda and in that bombing he was trying to wipe out Bin Laden & company, he saw the people were outraged and he didn't do any other attacks, then 9/11 happened.

In a somewhat related story, I was listening to David Orchard talk on the net and I agreed with everything he said...until he said US shouldn't have intervened in Kosovo because it's against international law. International law was made to serve men not the other way around.

YEP! Kerry is atleast just as dangerous as the Bush administration! I do hope Americans break their brainwashed mindset and realize Ralph Nader is the guy! Nader likes Canada too. He wrote a book called 'Canadian Firsts.' And when the Council Of Canadians stopped the Multilateral Agreement on Investment( well, atleast stalled it) Nader called it 'Another Canadian first.'

Yeah, Nader is the man. He's no anarchist, he's got some plans.....and I've heard of the book, too. :) I think someone else wrote a sequel or 2.

Sorry Susan, yes, I think I got the location of the Aspirin factory mixed up with the location of the attacks on Kosovo. (oops) :)

Kerry is the same as Bush, Martin is the same as Harper...so where does this leave us. All of these people are after one thing only...self serving decisions, money in their own pockets taken from the people they were suppose to serve.

I really wish someone would ask these guys why they want to serve? Why do they want to win so badly, if the purpose is to bring forth the best representation for the people winning should not be so personal. But the purpose is personal, not for the good of the public, but rather for the good of the corporation. I feel like we have become victims of a huge global corporation and no longer people!

I think black box voting is going to steal the show for Bush. If they go to the Gibb's Tru Vote machine with its verifiable paper trail then Nader might get some votes but I expect Kerry will win.

kerry is a george bush lite....both belong to the Skull and Bones club........winners will be corperate world.......as for elections, there will be 3 scenorios....A: kerry wins fair and square....B: Bush wins by cheating using the evote system rigged by his buddies......C: Bush knows can not get away by cheating his way in, does a american city with a dirty bomb, blaming some terrorist, calls martial law, cancels election......bush and gang are desperate and have a megolamania thirst for power to rule and dominate world...they are on a role and will do everything and anything to achieve their goals, it's all about money and power.....heaven help us all

Skull and Bones Society, yeah....forget what that is......keep it up......oh yeah, we'll see what Bush's masters tell him to do.

Yes I agree that Kerry is no better. And if he were it would be incredibly minor in the scope of things.

I wonder if Americans need to just not vote and show their disdain for the sytem and it's provided options. The US and Canada need to reform the electoral system to something along the lines of proportional representation (so that if you get 10% of the votes, you get 10% of the seats).

Surprising is that Noam Chomsky is begrudgingly supporting Kerry.

I agree Nicole. We need the proportional representation voting system. Some will argue, but it is something to think about. But mandatory voting could help democracy in Canada. Then again that can be un-canadian to make something like that mandatory. Then again how many other things are madatory in Canada? :-)

Nothing is un-Canadian. We aren't ruled by one doctrine. Canadians are annoying. So passive.
