Unfortunately, just wait until you try to find a parking spot.

When we go to any mall, I just park at the farthest spot I can find. Then I walk. Big deal. My wife may not be happy, but what is the problem ??

I cannot, for the sake of sanity, understand why people will drive around and around, looking for a spot close to the store. It is beyond my comprehension !!

To those that will stay the course and drive \'round and \'round for hours, sorry, get a life !!

Shop on Main St. and park the car, then when you\'re done, drive home. No Big Deal !!

Forget the MALL !! It\'s American !!!!! (Mostly)

Yeah, I agree, Jim, the downtowns of small town Canada are in dire shape. I know Loblaws is a Canadian company, but I guess they`re preparing to compete with Wally world! As I write this I`m also watching the National and they`re talking about Napanee, Ontario, home of Avril Lavigne. They were talking about how all new development is going north, close to the 401, while the historic downtown core stagnates.

Don\'t forget, the loser Loblaws chain also agreed to purchase Maple Leaf Gardens, and ensure it will be converted to a supermarket, from a historic arena, while the Ottawa Senator\'s owner wants to renovate/preserve it, for public skating and the St. Mike\'s Majors. Humbug!!! We also just lost the Uptown Theatre in this city. Pathetic!

I can't understand people, when I park my car on the North 40 like you, so it doesn't get scratched or dinged, and there isn't another car for 2 rows of empty spots, some yuppie soccer mom in an SUV has to park right beside <b>me</b>.<p> What? I just happened to park beside your favorite spot? The 50 or so other spots that <b>weren't</b> right beside my car wouldn't fit your oversized minivan?<p> Yea, it's pedantic, but I just like keeping a new car looking new.<p> <p>---<br>"History does not repeat itself, but it does rhyme" Mark Twain
