Dave can be as subtle as a barbed wire enima, eh!<p> No, come on Dave, don't hold back! Tell us what you really think! :)<p> I've got mixed emotions on this. On one hand, Creten is gone. On the other hand, there's Paul Martin, and he may just be strong enough to hold on to a minority government next election.<p> <p>---<br>"History does not repeat itself, but it does rhyme" Mark Twain

I know Mr. Martin wants a better relationship with the U.S., but I wonder if it will be similar to the Reagan/Mulroney marriage. I believe that did more damage than good.

I can`t help it. What I see and how I think about it, just comes out! It got me into alot of fights when I was a kid, and it still gets me into alot of arguments with other adults. I don`t mean to offend anybody, I just call a spade a spade. I`m actually better now than I used to be, if you can picture my old communication habits which almost paralleled Tourette`s syndrome. I just feel such a rush of rage when I see someone like Paul Martin and what he REALLY stands for. But on happy occasions I get equally estatic. For instance, just going for a drive in this beautiful country of ours, or when i`m playing hockey, i enjoy it more than your average kid! I didn`t get to watch the coronation today, I was labouring at my slavemaster`s place. I know there`s all the hype of Martin winning the next election easily. If that`s the case, I would definitely hope for a minority government. Giving Martin a majority would be like giving Martin a world monopoly on sweatships!

To Dave Rushton and Dr. Caleb:

Paul Martin thinks he is the leader of a Centrist party.

    Don\'t ask, I can\'t read his mind !

I do believe there is only one centrist party, and that is the Left-of Centre NDP.

Since I have never voted for the NDP, I will not start now. I will vote Green, if the NDP doesn\'t re-align itself with a Canada-centric policy.

I don\'t think they will, based on not only ego, but the federal NDP is all the way up to 15% in the latest poll !! That will encourage them to stay the course, they are gaining.

The only problem with that is they will only gain to become competitive in 30 years or so.

We need co-operation NOW, and I don\'t see it happening.

    Too little, too late.

    I wish it were otherwise.

Well, you never know, Jim. But yeah, it`s down to crunch time! But the Greens are good. I wouldn`t fault anyone for voting for them. I have to stick to my Canadian Action Party. The way I see it, the movement is NEVER dead as long as we have enough Canadians across the country dedicated to saving Canada! We MUST treat this like we`re prepared to fight 1000 years or more if necessary! I`ve already passed on to my daughter the reasons why a great country like Canada MUST be preserved and then proceed with the labouring toward a just society!!! Keep the history and the culture alive!!! Demand we have social and economic justice!!! As long as we believe in these two things and act on them vigorously, the movement will NEVER die!!!
