Beach told the committee that prospective immigrants with better education, training and language fluency, as well as people in certain age categories, receive high scores under the Canadian system. "Those who don't will not be granted admission," said Beach in an interview.     Is this a thoery, a fact or wishful thinking?

    This is a scary position for the U.S. Administration since they believe that terrorists get into Canada because of our immigration laws, that Canada has a lot of illegal immigrants, Canada caused the electricity blackout of Aug. 14, 2003 ect.

    "the point system used to rate and admit highly skilled immigrants in Canada " such as doctors who are then denied any opertunity to obtain a licence to practice in Canada!
    What a great system.
