Competition Policy Review Panel Wraps Up

Posted on Wednesday, January 23 at 08:45 by N Say
The federal government appointed the panel in July as concerns were mounting about the impact the sales would have over the ability of Canadians to control the domestic economy. The group, headed by Lynton (Red) Wilson, chairman of CAE Inc. (TSX:CAE) and former CEO of Bell Canada Enterprises (TSX:BCE), will conduct regional hearings across the country. The panel will then meet on specific themes. It expects to make a final recommendation to Industry Minister Jim Prentice by June 30. http://www.canadianbusiness.com/markets/headline_news/article.jsp?content=b0122143A here's a complete list of all the submissions: http://www.ic.gc.ca/epic/site/cprp-gepmc.nsf/en/h_00030e.html
