Is the Council of Canadians going to be at the meeting being held by the North American Competitiveness Council? Please post when and where so locals can come out and protest the NAU.

I find it remarkable and characteristic, that the same people who are sending millions of jobs and investing billions of dollars in Asian slave labour, to be "more competitive in the marketplace", are now so concerned about the "competitiveness" of North American production.

So, what is their purpose, to have their own North American factories compete with their own Asian factories, threatening both sides with closures, if they don't try to fill their insatiable profit demands ?

How about sending in the cops to arrest and charge them with "conspiracy to defraud" !

Of course, Harper and Emerson are both in and for this racket, after all, they're both Alberta U brainwashed, so called "economists" . As far Stockwell Day is concerned, he's lucky if he can read the time on his watch correctly, let alone be able to understand what's going on.

and my MP, Menzies who downplayed the entire NAU, SPP during the election
and called it fearmongering to even discuss; is now Emerson's assistant.
    (according to the local paper)

Good point Ed. One has to wonder at the thinking or not thinking? It appears that no one is thinking long term r and the rush to make money is the very thing that will be their demise because they will unwittingly shoot themselves in the feet.
