Liberty's Defender

Even if U.S. interrogators don't use tactics that meet the legal definition of torture, they could still so mistreat prisoners in the war on terrorism that their country's credibility as liberty's standard-bearer would be shredded.

A new book by a former military translator at Guantanamo Bay reportedly includes descriptions of several interrogations there. According to the manuscript of Sgt. Erik Saar (Ret.), female interrogators used tactics that would put unique pressure on Muslim men, including provoking sexual arousal and smearing at least one detainee's face with supposed menstrual blood to make him believe he was unclean and unable to pray.

Maybe we should give them a choice:

    a) Get a lap-dance off a hot chic
    b) Get their head chopped off and have the execution broadcast on the internet

    Darvin,

That's a typical made in the USA kind of choice. It's rather like the one Bush gave the world:

    a) you are either with the USA or,
    b) you are with the terrorists

But, I do not expect you to get it.

Brilliant interrogation techniques! Using the fanatics own warped view of people and the world against them. Deliberately targetting Islam's contempt for women is a stroke of genius, especially as it pretends to be gross - that must have drove those savages nuts! A menstruating female is worse than a dirty swine in their mind, a non-menstruating female is like any other head of cattle, so to have females guard them while they're in cages like cattle - brilliant!
