Stars Are Aligned For The NDP, But Will The Party Attract Voters?

The centre-left can be won, but the party seems stalled at 20 per cent

OTTAWA -- Prime Minister Paul Martin says the coming election will provide Canadians with their first clear ideological choice in ages -- and he's right. Only it may not be the choice he wants.

If events keep unfolding the way they have been since Martin took office, the choice will be between two parties of the right and the New Democrats (or, in Quebec, the Bloc.)

    The NDP will attract voters if Jack and Bill Blaikie keep doing and saying the things that they`ve done and said as of late. Attracting people like Ed Broadbent, Olivia Chow, and of course, Susan will help too!
