Foreign-controlled revenues grew 3.8 per cent to $743 billion in 2003, representing 29.6 per cent of corporate revenues. Foreign control, when measured by operating revenue, has hovered around the 30 per cent mark since 1995. The agency says the U.S. share of foreign control appears to have peaked.     there's some stuff this article left out, like how canada's levels of foreign control measures up with the amounts in other countries, and how we define "control"
