CSIS Believe Terror Strike On Canada Now Probable.

"During the past year, Canada and Canadian interests abroad continued to be under threat from al-Qaeda and its affiliated groups," Jim Judd said in his 2004-05 report to the public safety minister. The Canadian Press obtained a copy of the report on Tuesday through an access to information request. "While the threat remains concentrated overseas, an attack on Canadian soil is now probable," Judd wrote. The annual report was top secret when it was hand-delivered in November to Anne McLellan, the Liberal MP who held the public safety portfolio at the time. http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/national/2006/05/10/attack-probable.html [Proofreader's note: this article was edited for spelling and typos on May 11, 2006]

CSIS likes to keep everyone afraid so that they can justify their paycheques. After the Arar incident and the security certificates CSIS can go directly to hell as far as I'm concerned. They are not what I would call a "security service". We have to live in a world knowing that Bush is still the President next door and that Harper is now in our PMO. That is the scariest thing I live with daily and if that's why CSIS thinks we are going to be attacted then I agree with them otherwise they have NO valuable intelligence unless they are the ones creating it.

HAVE 200,000 AK47S FALLEN INTO THE HANDS OF IRAQ TERRORISTS?
FEARS OVER SECRET U.S. ARMS SHIPMENT

SOME 200,000 guns the US sent to Iraqi security forces may have been smuggled to terrorists, it was feared yesterday.

The 99-tonne cache of AK47s was to have been secretly flown out from a US base in Bosnia. But the four planeloads of arms have vanished.

Orders for the deal to go ahead were given by the US Department of Defense. But the work was contracted out via a complex web of private arms traders.

The only guys we are likely to be attacked by are the guys who brought about 911 in the US and 7/7 in Britain and there is no evidence to back up the assertion that they are of Arab descent. However there is evidence to show that they hold positions of power in the Western NWO governments.

The key words in this story are "Canada's interests abroad".

This means Canadian multinational carpetbaggers operating and destroying local environments and economies, destituting and killing people in the name of Canada. Like some mining and other resource extracting corporations leaving behind bitterness and destruction.

What benefits do the Canadian people receive from these actions anyway?

Take away their Canadian tax exemption privileges and their rights to use the name of Canada in their piratical crime waves and there won't be any reason for any terrorists to take revenge on innocent Canadians, and others, anywhere else.

What we have is a criminal economic system running out of control. It is not the would be terrorists who have to be controlled, but the people who are causing the problems, who, in many ways are worse terrorists than Al Queda, or whatever that other bunch of criminals are called.

    Translation of story title:

Canadians are not sufficiently behind the US Empire Effort, therefore the spooks are going to blow up something and blame it on the dark skinned people to gain our cooperation.

It worked great in the USA but not so well in Britain - third time is a charm though, yes?

I would laugh my butt off if the Canadian 911 resulted in CSIS headoffice being bombed into nothingness. What a bunch of a**holes. Good work CSIS, keep up the fear mongering, it won't work, this is not the US. CSIS, an essay by a student with a lisp. What a bunch of useless titheads. I say cut CSIS government funding, we don't need them, especially if we treat others like we would want to be treated. The US empire is trying so hard to maintain a world of danger and a them vs us mystique. The military industrial complex needs to become extinct, do not pay your taxes, starve them of funding and they will soon die. It does not matter who you vote into government, as long as we are stupid enough to believe that we have signed some kind of fictional "social contract" and give the government OUR money this will never end. Maybe the tax game needs to be reversed, municipalities collect income tax and then decide if they need anything from the province and anything from the feds, if they don't then they don't give either cesspool of greed any money. Local accountability and control, can't get any more local or accountable unless you go down to the individual.

No "maybe" about it, that's the way to go.

And so I stay on topic, CSIS dropping these media bombs just make themselves look desperate somehow. I firmly believe if there is an "attack" on our soil it will be the results of 6 cups corporate greed sifted together with 5 cups of Harper's "hidden" list of "he's" the priority and 3 giant pinches of CIA/CSIS seasoning stirred into a Belinda Stonach pie and thrown in our faces to scare the bejeezes out of the gullable.
