On the one hand, I do not agree with what has happened to Juliet. However, on the other hand, why did it take the police using Bill C-36 against the media before they make a big fuss about it? Why were they not explaining the negative effects of it to the public before the government passed it? Why were we not more informed at the time?

But, Anne McCClellan is claiming that the police used a law that\'s been in place for yeeears.....it has nothing to do with Bill C-36. If that\'s the case have the police just decided to use it lately or have they been raiding peoples\' homes in this manner for yeeears? Anne McClellan is a threat to Canada\'s safety. I agree that Global T.V. is the most mind-numbing station I\'ve ever seen. The way they integrate theor commericails, shows, and animated-station-ads between shows is a continuous stream of hypnotism.

That being said, what is it about CityTV that you do not like? I mean, some trashy programming like the Bachelor, but they basically have late-great movies, and alternative programming, some of which is VERY humourous, clever, and stimulating in some cases. I will agree that their news coverage is ridiculous, but as Michael Moore said: \"There\'s nothing like City TV in Canada. The rest is all hairspray TV, which mimicks the Americans.\"

Could you elaborate on your issues with City TV? (I\'d be interested in what you had to say.)
