    I believe Vancouver was tied for 2nd last time, and Toronto was 30th or so....don\'t ask me why Toronto is up to 4th....I\'ve always lived in Toronto, and the city is dirt poor. We pay out 9 billion more in taxes than we get back.....nothing is better since last year.
