T.O. Police On Wrong Side Of Law?

RCMP Chief Supt. John Neily, head of the RCMP probe into the allegations against the officers, said in affidavits that "evidence of criminal activity exists against 17 members" and that 12 were involved in "serious criminal activity."

The court documents also revealed that people against the probe – not the officers accused – threatened potential witnesses with physical harm, including death .
