Apology - The Supreme Courts Of Ontario And British Columbia

Posted on Friday, February 08 at 09:16 by Robin Mathews
An apology is in order regarding the reference to Christie Clark and Mark Marissen in the piece (now deleted) "The Supreme Courts of Ontario and British Columbia: Crumbling Before Our Eyes". The names of Christie Clark and Mark Mariseen are listed in the vetted Search Warrant material as "persons" who "have been identified during part of the Project 'Everywhichway' investigation, and are referred to in this Information to Obtain a Search Warrant". Elsewhere in the document, they are described as persons "not at the present time subject of this investigation". I deeply regret the mistaken information, and asked to have the column withdrawn without delay.

Robin. Doesn't it seem strange that the edited versions of evidence and warrants in this case seem to tell one story but the full version tells another? Or at least something slightly different?
I'm glad you were able to get the warrant and were able to correct this.
Let's hope this is the end of it and that you aren't persued like the Tyee and Rafe Mair. What a sham that is. It seems that the MSM is trying to silence them. IMHO.
