Mel Hurtig Speaking April 7th And 8th

Posted on Monday, March 01 at 17:43 by sthompson
In Vancouver my talk will be at the Vancouver Public Library, sponsored by Necessary Voices. Contact necessaryvoices@telus.net. Thomas Hicks knows details. Think 7:30 to 9:30 which includes Q&A. Tom's phone # is 801-6814. My daughter Jane, who lives in Victoria, has asked me to speak at a federal NDP meeting at Alix Goolden Hall the next night. Details from Jane at her residence 370-7691 after work. Both speeches will be similar to my upcoming Toronto speeches and the title of my next book RUSHING TO ARMAGEDDON:Paul Martin and George W. Bush's Star Wars. It is absolutely essential that we make this a priority issue in the next federal election.I'm quite convinced that what Paul Martin, Bill Graham and David Pratt are planning could be catastrophic for our country and perhaps all of the civilized world. All you Vancouverites I hope to see you at the Vancouver Public library! Lets make for a big crowd, and I will be sure to tip off the local media.

I\'ll be there! I\'m not who it will be for but I think it will be for anybody who wants to come out but as an NDP thing, not a Mel Hurtig thing. That\'s just a guess, I might be wrong.

I may be young, but after reading both the "Vanishing Country"and "Pay the rent or feed the children", there is no way I am missing this.
